Instalei o sw mandei gravar o firmware e não deu nenhum erro ...mas mesmo assim o mp4 não inicializa

Qdo plugo ele na usb e inicializo o SigmaTel MSCN Firmware Download ele reconhece o drive do mp4 e inclusive consigo inserir arquivos na memória.

tento ligar e ele não liga, qdo ligo a alimentação fica com a tela azul.
Qdo plugo no computador com o "Sigmatel MSCN ..." ele mostra a imagem do computador conectado ao player.
