how can i recover the memory?

this stupid tool, ruined my mp4 4GB.

ofcourse i explore it, i just bought my mp4 a while ago. so minutes of exploring and i end up in the mp3 disc tool partition.

having no idea what the cursed device this is, my mp4 4gb was reduced by half. it became 2gb.

anyone here who experience this cursed situation?. how can i recover the lost memory?.
