Hi,
This is the Firmware files for the MIDi JAPAN MP3 Player, model MD-4256, with 256MB.
I have extracted that with "Sigmatel Firmware Extractor" posted here, and it worked, because i used that to bring one DEAD Player of this MODEL back to life.
Many people is looking for this Firmware.
