I've only had the watch for a few days and have got everything else to work fine but I still can't find how to change the clock to display a 12 hour clock rather than a 24 hour clock.

I sent UXCell a message asking how to do it and they sent back that I can change it in the clock mode. I have no clue how to get to clock mode. The only time I see the clock is when I hit the power button and it displays for 9 seconds before it disappears. Pressing any other button while the time is displayed causes the welcome screens to appear in 2 seconds and go into the MP3 player. In the setup menu there is a "Time" setup but it only has "Adjust" and "Time Zone". "Adjust" shows it as a 12 hour clock but it's to set the time and date... "Time Zone" just shows a 2 digit number that goes (as the timezones are) either positive or negative.

Other things I have tried is pushing the power button and the mode button at the same time and pressing the power button and the volume button at the same time. Both stop playing videos/music and display the time but has no effect on the way the time displays.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Grog,

Do you have a copy of the email that was sent to you? Can you post it please? I'll pass this onto a contact I have at UXcell and see if he can get someone to reply back to you. I can't guarantee anything but I'll give it a try.
